Kakato TikiBiki Biscuits

At TikiBiki we aspire to enlighten you to the value and wisdom of the Tiki using kiwi ingenuity.

Our ambition for this NZ made product is to celebrate the different cultural identities of New Zealand by combining the strength and mana of the tiki with the ingenuity of the No.8 wire mentality.

The tiki refers to ancient humanoid carvings for Eastern Polynesian cultures symbolising procreation (the first man of the world). These wooden and stone carvings draw mana from ancestral gods and spirits. For Maori this is commonly applied through carved greenstone pendants of human figures worn as a neck ornament. This is called the Hei-Tiki. For more tiki... click here

The tiki is also a symbol of our cultural identity as kiwis along with all things kiwiana which include sunny beaches, snow capped mountains, lush green landscape, abundant fresh produce, kai moana, rugby, barbeques, cheese, hängï, the Sunday roast, rewena bread, beer, wine, kapahaka, choice as bands, fish n chips, tomato sauce, backyard cricket, fords, holdens, swannies, gumboots, jandals, stubbies, fishing, the family bach, telethons etc

Our tiki has been blessed to bring you good luck, inner knowledge and strength of character.
